The women of Forest Meadow are an active group that values encouraging one another, studying the Word, praying together, and supporting the needs of both the church body and the community.

Book Club

The new Book Club begins January 7.  The book title:  "Evidence Not Seen", A Women's Miraculous Faith in The Jungles of 
World War II.  Author:  Darlene Diebler Rose.
This is at "at home" book club.   Secure your copy of the book, use the provided reading schedule for a guide on reading chapters at the same pace as others, and converse via email about your thoughts and comments about the content.  We conclude the book with an in person meeting and brunch in a home setting.  All we need is your email address to participate!

We have 15 copies of the book available if you wish to purchase from us.  Cost is $10, or you may find them many other sources.  It is an older book, 1990, and may take a bit of searching.  Digital copies may also be available.  If you want to purchase one of our copies, please contact Kathy Moore-Gregory at kathymg@forestmeadow.church.

Tuesday Morning Bible Study

 

Join us on Tuesday mornings at 10:00 AM in the FMBC Fellowship Hall for our Ladies' Bible Study, which includes both teaching and prayer. Our new study starting on January 2 is "Voices:  Hearing God in a World of Imposters", starting with the Old Testament.  Books are available from online sources. 

Occasional changes to the meeting schedule are posted in the calendar section of the website.  If locals schools are cancelled or delayed due to inclement weather, we follow the same schedule and do not meet.

If you would like to add more fellowship and a little exercise to your morning, please join our ladies walking group that meets prior to the Bible study at 8:30 a.m. in the church parking lot.

Meal Ministry 

 

Faithfully providing meals for those in need forms an integral part of our women’s ministry at FMBC.  We have found that challenges due to illness, injury, loss, and pregnancy can be easier to bear when basic needs are met with love and compassion.  

We use SignUp Genius in order to easily coordinate meals, locations, times, and dietary restrictions.
